I turned to Dina when all attempts to normalize my weight after two childbirths proved futile. The extra 7 kg just wouldn't go away, although I thought I was eating right and not much. The first thing we started with Dina was a brief study of the basics of nutrition and keeping a food diary. I always thought this was silly and unnecessary because I believed I remembered all my meals and the foods I ate. But when I started recording everything that went into my mouth throughout the day, I was a bit shocked. That's where all my imbalances in the form of snacks came out. A piece of chocolate, a cookie, a candy, an apple with a banana for dinner, a piece of cheese before bed. These seemingly insignificant snacks, which I sometimes didn't even notice, added up to a whole hearty lunch in terms of calories!!! And they were not of the best quality, consisting of fast carbohydrates. This was exactly what I needed to see and realize. Then Dina and I calculated the calorie norm I needed per day, considering my activity, and adjusted the portion sizes. And here again, I discovered that to lose weight and reduce volume, one should not starve. In the end, my diet consisted of three main meals and two snacks. And yes, as it turned out, even a piece of cake, if I really want it, can be eaten, just need to know the right time for it. Eventually, very comfortably, without tension and relapses, in 1.5 months, those extra kilograms were gone, although they were not critical in number, but nevertheless, they prevented me from comfortably fitting into some clothes. What was important for me in this process? It's that all the appointments and dietary adjustments are made by a person with a higher medical education. Another very important psychological aspect in the process of weight loss and diet adjustment was that Dina also acted as a mentor, a curator. And when you're under the control of a competent specialist and can ask for help or clarification at any time, the process goes much smoother and more comfortably.

After that, I turn to Dina for health issues of the whole family. Here I want to express special gratitude for helping and consulting my mother. My mother had problems with her thyroid gland. After Dina's detailed study of the analysis results, recommendations were given for the necessary additional examination, which revealed that the situation in my mother's case is treatable and correctable and does not require the serious interventions that doctors previously talked about. For our family, Dina is definitely the doctor whose opinion is the deciding factor in health matters.

After just two weeks, I began to feel relief in my right side, and the pain completely went away after a month. The results of the repeat tests were perfect!!! My liver fully recovered! Besides a healthy liver, a huge bonus was losing 17 kg!!! The swelling on my face disappeared!!! I passed the medical flight commission with excellent results, and they removed the diagnosis of enhanced nutrition and early-stage obesity!!! It's been almost a year, and I've maintained the achieved results in health, weight, and diet without relapses or stress. Proper nutrition has become a way of life.
